Use case:
Image with caption, title and description. Great to list features, services or products, when additional quick info is needed. You can add one or multiple boxes in rows and columns and even a slider.
Page speed impact:
Low, unless you add very large and unoptimized images, without lazy loading.
It may have a Medium impact if placed above the fold, depending on the size and number of images.
Disabling lazy loading for the elements above the fold is recommended, because that's the first part of the content that needs to load fast. Enable lazy loading for all the rest.
