Quick update to change the template type for the Membership access denied and Membership sign out templates to reflect a recent change in HubSpot where these are no longer available under Private Content settings.

Intentional or not on HubSpot's side, these templates are now selectable only if set as regular website page templates. Because of that, they will also appear as options when creating new pages. These templates are not meant for that, so please avoid using them to build new pages.

Hopefully HubSpot will acknowledge this issue and deploy a fix so they can be adjusted back for a proper user experience.
