Our themes are built to be reliable and do-it-yourself. With a comprehensive library of modules, sections, and templates, you have the tools to build a professional site without needing a developer.

What's included?

  • General help: Not sure how a specific setting works? Send us an email. We'll give you a direct answer or point you to the right guide.
  • Theme fixes: If something in the theme isn't working correctly, we'll fix it and release an update through the HubSpot Marketplace.
  • Lifetime updates: Your purchase includes all future features, fixes, and every new template, section, or module we add to the theme.
  • Documentation: Online guides are always available to help you build faster.

What's not included?

To keep our themes fast and easy to update, we focus on core features rather than individual site changes.

  • Custom work: We don't offer support for custom code, unique design changes, or third-party scripts. Customizing the theme's code can make it harder to receive future updates. We spend our time making the themes better for everyone instead of doing one-off custom work.
  • Need a developer? For advanced custom work, we recommend hiring a developer with a strong understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem. You can find experienced freelancers on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, or through the official HubSpot Solutions Directory.

Direct email support

Every email is handled by the same people who built the themes. Email is the fastest way to share screenshots, links, and clear answers so you can get back to work. We don't offer video calls or live chat.

  • Hours: Monday – Thursday | 9 AM – 4 PM ET.
  • Response time: Usually within 24 hours.

Good to know

Support is limited to the theme as originally delivered. Heavy code modifications or third-party integrations can make it difficult for us to help effectively. To ensure you can always receive support and updates, keep code changes to a minimum.
